Rebuilt enesdemirezen.com from the ground up
Replaced the single-page site with a full platform: locale routes, venture case studies, a typed content model, writing, radar and this build log.
The old site was one long page with client-side language switching. It looked alive but it could not hold case studies, writing or a real record of work.
The rebuild moved everything to a typed content model validated with Zod,
real /en and /tr routes, MDX collections for writing, the AI Radar and
this build log, plus deep case-study pages for each venture and for KOAH.
The rule that shaped the whole build: nothing unverified goes public. Metrics are computed from the content model, dates stay hidden until confirmed, and missing facts live in a tracked gaps file instead of on the page.
